What type of advertisement are you looking for specifically? I have banners and CPC advertisement on my site already, plus newsletters; would we be able to use those?
We are not interested in Banner ads, or CPC and CPM forms of advertisement. The reason for this, is that these types of advertisements typically run through an ad server or script, rendering the links unreadable by search engines.
Consequently, we are only looking for static links that do not have any scripting or programming – just straight, normal <a href> links.
Basically, we are looking for links that appear within the body of the page. We do not want links that are within the sidebar, or footer of the site, nor links that appear on every page of the site.
We have a few examples of what we are looking. We know that everyone’s websites are designed differently, so they may not look like ours.
I have a section right under my advertisement editorial, is that a good placement for the links?
As long as it’s within the body of the page, that’s considered great placement. However, we cannot accept links that are within the headings using the words: Advertisement, Sponsored links, or Paid Sponsors/ads. Below are some example words that are acceptable and still give the viewer the sense that it’s a paid ad are sponsor:

My site sells products that is specific to a certain genre. I don’t want other random links to appear on my site, especially porn sites.
One of our goals is to find sites that are relevant to the material you have on your site. So from our side, we will try to make sure all the clients we bring to your are relevant to the content of your site. Besides that, you have complete control over who advertises on your site. We are a family owned business, and do not sell to porn, gambling or pharmaceutical sites. Finally, we try to limit the number of ads to 10 per page.
Which page specifically would you want on my site?
The home page is always more preferred. However, if you have a page that is relevant to a customer of ours, it’s better to add it to that section of the site.
What sort of rates can you offer to me?
The rate is solely up to you!! The least expensive sites typically sell out faster. Having a more expensive link is harder to justify to a customer if your site is not doing very much traffic or if it does not have great rankings. We are glad to give you a fair value for the link.
What goes into deciding a ‘fair value’ for a link?
Many factors are considered, such as the amount of traffic you receive, the age of your site, how well your site ranks for key terms on all the major search engines, and more…
How often do I get paid, and how?
We pay everyone on a monthly basis. Typically before the 7th of the following month, this allows us to collect and process payments made for the prior month. We are setup to pay anyone through Paypal, which is our preferred method; however, we can make the exception for Credit Card, online or Check payments.
How is this better than Google advertising with adsense?
This is in addition to Google ads. As they're integrated into your site, you can do both and the site won't look too "ad heavy". Unlike Adwords you get paid each month no matter if someone clicks the ad or not. These ads are very subtle and don't compromise the appearance of the ads.
Text ads can be quite profitable and bring in a secure monthly income. With Google your income fluctuates. With text ads, you spend a few minutes putting them up and then you can easily keep track of how many ads you have and what your monthly income will be.
